About the LATINA Style 50 Report

Launched in 1998, the LATINA Style 50 program is a comprehensive annual study of the 50 Best Companies for Women to Work for in the United States. For 27 years, the program has recognized companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to empowering women in the workplace, while also honoring top Latina Executives and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs/BRGs) within these organizations. The LATINA Style 50 report has become the most prestigious analysis of corporate America's efforts to provide career advancement opportunities for women.

The creation of the LATINA Style 50 Report is no small feat. This year, our rigorous evaluation process analyzed over 800 leading companies to identify those truly dedicated to advancing opportunities for women in the workplace. We focused on key aspects such as mentoring programs, career development opportunities, retention policies, employee benefits, and retraining programs. It’s important to note that the published chart represents only a portion of the topics covered in our survey. Each submission is carefully reviewed by our selection committee, applying a detailed scoring system, alongside the interpretation of written survey responses and extensive public research.

The mission of the LATINA Style 50 Report is to provide accurate information and well-deserved recognition to companies that actively support the professional growth of women. We take great pride in knowing that the report has become the benchmark by which corporate America measures its progress in fostering opportunities for women. Ultimately, it celebrates companies that understand the value of investing in women’s success as a key driver of their own.
